By using this website, you confirm your awareness and acceptance of HushHush’s Terms and Conditions and policies. If you do not agree with any of these, you must immediately stop using the website.
Products on offer are of a sexual nature and intended for adult use only. By entering this site and ordering products, you confirm that you are of legal age – at least 18 years or older.
Products are used at own risk. HushHush or the product manufacturers are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or health issues that may arise from the use or misuse of any of these products.
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes. The content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed.
Conditions may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the website will be deemed as your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions at the time of product purchase.
PAYMENTS
Online transactions are processed by Payfast, a secure and reliable online payment gateway. All bank cards legal to use in Namibia are accepted. HushHush does not have access to any card information or security details.
On request by email, EFT or cash deposits may be arranged. eWallet, EasyWallet and PayPulse payments are not accepted.
N$100 shipping for every 4 items ordered will be added to your purchase. The amount will be reflected at check out and is in included in the total payable.
Orders are only sent once payment has been cleared by our bank, which usually takes a day or two. Note that payment clearance made with a foreign bank card may take up to 10 days.

REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY
Once orders have been placed and payment is received, no cancellations with be accepted. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept any returns.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, you should inform us by email within 2 weeks of receipt. We will require a full video demonstrating the correct use and operation of the product. Returns, replacements or refunds will be discussed on a case by case basis. In the case that we require you to return the item, it should be returned with the original packaging within 1 month of purchase. Failure to do so may invalidate your claim of replacement or refund.
DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are sent discreetly through Nampost Couriers, with no outside HushHush branding. Packages are marked as Private. The contents of the package is wrapped in plain brown paper.
Orders are only sent on Monday to Friday. We only send packages once payment has been cleared, which usually takes a day, or two in some cases, depending on the bank you use. Delivery is usually 24-48 hours later. Longer timelines may apply to remote areas. Once packages are shipped, you will an email with the waybill number so that you can track your package with Nampost Couriers.
We take no responsibility for late deliveries due to incomplete or wrong address information given at the time of order. HushHush will also not be liable for packages being lost once couriered. Delivery times are estimates, and we shall not be liable for any costs or damages incurred by delay in delivery. We do not have specific delivery information for every Nampost courier depot in Namibia, and do not take responsibility for a depot asking you to pick up your parcel from them.
If sent packages are returned to HushHush as “Undelivered” after a month, HushHush will contact the customer by email and phone. If the customer does not return said email or phone contact after one week, HushHush has the right to cancel the order and reclaim the products. If the customer is located, the customer is liable for shipping cost of re-sending the package/s to the same or a different chosen address.

The information will not be used for anything other than which is stated in the Terms and Conditions. No personal information will be sold or made available to anyone.
As we hold your privacy in high regard, we require the same from you. No sexual, rude or derogatory communication with our staff will be tolerated. If we observe such actions, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
