Shipping & Billing

We only ship within Namibia. We guarantee that there will be no incriminating information on packaging – products will be couriered without any outside HushHush branding in a plain courier bag. All packages are marked as “Private”.  Bank statements and delivery way bills will only show a reference to “HH”.

Shipping cost is N$100 for every 4 products ordered. Shipping fees include handling and packaging, as well as courier costs.  The shipping fee is added to your shopping cart total when you go to the check out.   

Directly after your order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation.  Packages are only sent hereafter once payment has been cleared.  Depending on the bank, this process takes 1-2 days.  Payment must be completed before shipping takes place – no cash on delivery accepted. Foreign bank cards:  it could take a week or two for payments to clear. Travellers please make sure you have enough time within Namibia to still receive your package if it takes a bit longer.  

Packages will be sent via Nampost courier service (door to door or your nearest Nampost courier depot), within 48 hours after payment has been cleared. Your waybill number will be emailed to you – delivery is mostly within 24-48 hours thereafter.  Delivery times are estimates, and HushHush shall not be liable for any costs or damages incurred by delay in delivery.  HushHush takes no responsibility for late deliveries due to incomplete or wrong address information given at the time of order. HushHush will also not be liable for packages being lost once couriered. In such an unfortunate event, HushHush will assist as far as possible, but the onus is on the customer to liaise with the courier company to locate the package.
